A: When your present web hosting provider can no longer measure up to the requirements of your site, or when you go through constant downtime, or if you are made to wait for hours for the client care team to get back to you, it might be a smart idea to switch your provider, i.e. to transfer all the files for your sites as well as your databases from your current provider to your future provider. At EZ Weather, we know that this can often be hard & time–consuming. That is why we will accomplish all that for you for free!Our practiced technical team reps will migrate your site content from your current provider to us. Our technicians have plenty of experience migrating websites and are able to take care of everything – from a common WordPress–powered blog or Joomla^™ CMS–powered website, to a very elaborate, custom–built application.

A: There are a lot of variables to take into account – the overall amount of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the web site itself and the current workload of our web site migration experts, etc. That said, we do try to perform all web site migrations in a 48–hour period. Smaller–sized web sites are migrated much faster – usually in less than 24 hours.

A: We will require the login details for your old hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Our Privacy Policy is an indivisible part of the agreement that we will have with you as a customer. We’re dedicated to protecting the safety of the private data gathered from the customers. For this purpose, we use technical security measures to avoid the loss, the misuse, the alteration or the illegal leakage of the private data under our control. The safety measures include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and managerial methods to protect and secure the info that we gather on the World Wide Web. When we ask clients to present financial info (such as a credit card number), this info is encoded using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption method.

A: Nope. Your website will remain accessible online during the migration. Once everything is done on our end, we will let you know so that you can preview it and check for any problems. If everything’s okay, all you will have to do is update your domain name’s DNS settings.

A: Nah. We will never touch base with your web hosting provider about anything at all. They will not be aware of the web site transfer either.

A: Yeah. We support all common Linux–based web hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–based web hosting platforms, because we do not provide Windows web hosting solutions ourselves.Additionally, we don’t support proprietary website creation and management tools like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
